Do you plan virtual events?

Yes, we can organize and moderate virtual events if the company has the necessary technology in place. However, we do not currently subscribe to any external technical services for virtual events.

Do you plan weddings, birthdays, and bar mitzvahs?

At this time, we focus exclusively on corporate events. While we can assist with parties related to corporate functions, we do not plan weddings, birthdays, or bar mitzvahs as standalone events.

Can you help with event planning and logistics?

Yes, we provide comprehensive planning and logistics support, including venue selection and negotiations, catering, audiovisual needs, and on-site coordination.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. For larger events, we require 5 months at a minimum, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Please use the form above to Contact Us.

Do you offer custom event packages?

Absolutely! We tailor our services to meet your specific needs and budget, providing customized event packages for any corporate occasion.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing varies based on the type and scale of the event and how long we have to plan it. We provide transparent quotes after discussing your event requirements and goals.

Do you provide event staff and support during the event?

Yes, we offer professional event staff, including coordinators, hosts, and technical support, to ensure everything runs smoothly during the course of the event.

Can you assist with marketing and promotion for our event?

Unfortunately, we do not provide marketing and promotional services for events. However, we can arrange for onsite marketing materials, including banners, standees, handouts, programs, etc.
